Parent

Your family is doing well but who knew it was going to be so hard to be a parent? Arguments and little support from each other get to be exhausting. Together we will figure out a system that works for you, a system that you can actually lean on because you as parents agreed on it and made a commitment to follow through with the plans. We will take a hard look on what is going on and make changes that really work.

 

After six meetings you will:

  • Have a solid parenting plan
  • Be able to follow through with set expectations
  • Know how to approach problems that arise
  • Know how to respond to problems that arise
  • Be able to communicate frustrations without “blowing-up”
  • Have a deeper understanding of every member of your family
  •  You will be able to be a steadfast parent by your ability to see the difference between negative behaviors and emotional needs
  • You will have a specific parent communication plan
