Meet Lo

My name is Louice Torres, but everyone calls me Lo. I’m a native of Sweden and have called the Hudson Valley home for over ten years. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from State University of New York at New Paltz.

My style is straightforward, with lots of hope and playfulness. I use Attachment Theory,  Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)  and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, (DDP) as my guides in my practice.
